The AoE damage scales off of weapon damage or spell damage, and can hit very hard but it only has a 6 second up time and a 12 second down time giving you a lower up time than one would want. I found this set to be meh…the reason being is that it rewards heavy attacking which I find boringin gameplay and it lacks mobility. This effect can occur once every 12 seconds and scales off of the higher of your Weapon or Spell Damage.
