In Warband and WFaS, you can change it by entering the cheatmenu. Go under Camp and choose the option to „Take an action“. How do you change your banner in Mount and Blade Warband? That being said, Warband is the best of the series, and WFaS is the worst, keep in mind, „worst“ is relative, it’s still a good game, and worth playing, but Warband will always be the best, or, hopefully, only until Bannerlord, which will be even better (hopefully). With Fire and Sword is fun, in it’s own right. … Which is better Warband of fire and sword? That is why TaleWorlds has announced Q4 2021 as the new target for the game’s full release. TaleWorlds Entertainment has released a new blog to mark the first anniversary of Mount & Blade II: Bannerlord releasing as an early access title.
Bannerlord may have better grapics, bigger battles.
But most player use mod and the mod version of warband usually better than bannerlord. The base warband is not better than bannerlord.
